As Senior Nurse, you will:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care.
* Take on management responsibilities, including supporting the nursing team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and contributing to service improvement.
* Lead on areas such as infection control, chronic disease management, and clinical governance.
* Support the Practice Manager and Partners with training, audits, and compliance requirements.
About you:
* Registered Nurse (NMC).
* Strong clinical background, ideally with primary care or community experience.
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
* Confident in managing and developing a team.
* Organised, proactive, and able to balance clinical and management responsibilities.
