We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our UK team to support our expanding commercial operations and China-UK cross-border business activities. Key Responsibilities * Draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents to effectively control and mitigate transaction risks. * Take full responsibility for UK local compliance (GDPR, Employment Law, HMRC tax compliance, and other regulatory obligations) and build a robust compliance system. * Manage labour and personnel legal affairs, handle dispute coordination, and maintain effective docking with external law firms. * Provide support on subsidiary governance and deliver specialist legal assistance on China-UK cross-border matters.
