Corporate Solicitor - 2+ Years PQE
Location: Chippenham
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a growing Corporate team in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued development of a dynamic and forward thinking department.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders' agreements and joint venture agreements
* Handle ad hoc company law matters and corporate governance issues
* Lead on transactions where appropriate and support senior colleagues on more complex matters
* Provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base
* Build strong internal and external relationships
* Contribute to business development through networking and marketing initiatives
* Collaborate across departments and office locations
* Maintain high professional standards and excellent client care
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
* Experience across a range of corporate transactions
* Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
* Excellent communication and relationship building skillsFull UK driving licence and access to transport
