* Full Time – Monday to Friday / 8.30am to 5pm
Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator(Traffic Management), to join the business. The position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool.

About the role
As a Commercial Coordinator (Traffic Management), you will report directly to the commercial manager (Traffic management). You will be responsible for the invoicing/monitoring and all commercial aspects for Traffic Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing, inputting, and validating records using various IT systems.
* Maintaining the works diary to ensure Customer/Field staff billing is completed within a in a timely manner.
* Supporting the Commercial Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project.
* Supporting and monitoring, customer billing and subcontractor payments.
* Liasing with councils and subcontractors where necessary.
* Ensuring targets and objectives set are monitored and maintained and suitably underpin financial targets.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
* Experience in an Administrator role (required).
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* A legal Right to Work in the UK
* DBS certificate
