The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Lawyer with 1+ years PQE, either qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
* Offer clear and timely legal advice on all conveyancing matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and associated legal documents.
* Control transactions from initial instruction to completion, ensuring deadlines are achieved and clients remain fully informed.
* Handling sales, purchases.
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Newbuilds
Requirements:
* High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with initiative.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with strong multitasking ability.
* Clear and effective communication skills.
* A proactive team player capable of managing your own workload, adapting to changes, and prioritising effectively.
* Applicants must be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered legal Executive or a licenced Conveyancer.
