Responsibilities
As a Workday Consultant (Senior Associate) you will implement and configure enterprise‑scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will work closely with team members while managing your own workload independently, understand customer requirements, design, and deliver solutions that align with their needs.
Minimum (essential) Requirements
* Workday Absence Certification, or strong experience within this area.
* Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM/Financials/Payroll or other specialist capability).
* Very good customer focus, with experience in a customer‑facing consulting environment. Ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and know when to escalade issues.
* Clear and effective communication skills, with credibility and empathy in both customer and colleague interactions, including remote contexts.
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
* Capability to work within remote teams and alongside customers, as well as independently on individual tasks with minimal supervision.
* Able to plan own workload and meet deadlines.
* Consulting skills, e.g., presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers.
* Application of all relevant standards and procedures to ensure high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Awareness of confidentiality and non‑disclosure policies and agreements, ensuring information security at all times.
* Capacity to identify and propose improvements in tools and processes to benefit the practice.
* Willingness to learn in depth about relevant subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements.
* Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services.
Desirable
* Professional qualifications in your area of expertise.
* Experience in post‑deployment services.
* Experience with time‑tracking systems.
