Senior Project Manager (Contract) – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager is sought to drive delivery within a major, enterprise-wide infrastructure and cybersecurity transformation programme for a global organisation operating across multiple regions.
The programme comprises multiple concurrent initiatives across platform engineering, cybersecurity, IT operations, and FinOps, with a focus on reducing technical debt, strengthening cyber resilience, and addressing audit and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, maintaining clear baselines and governance discipline
* Manage interdependent workstreams and critical delivery gates across the broader programme
* Own RAID management, driving risks and issues to resolution with appropriate escalation
* Coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring accountability to agreed deliverables and milestones
* Provide structured executive reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums
* Maintain strong financial oversight, including budget tracking, forecasts, and variance management
* Support audit and regulatory delivery requirements and key compliance milestones
Key Experience
* Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale technology programmes
* Strong background in infrastructure and/or cybersecurity delivery
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with complex dependencies
* Experience delivering within audit or regulatory-driven environments (e.g. ISO27001, NIS2, SOC2)
* Track record of working with global stakeholder groups and third-party vendors
* Strong governance, reporting, and financial management capability
* Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, contractor-led delivery model
This is a highly visible role within a multi-million-dollar global transformation programme involving collaboration across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas with cross-timezone engagement.
