You will:
* practice in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills
* make a difference to Residents at times of vulnerability, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions
* advocate for and deliver a person-centred approach to care
* be mindful of safeguarding responsibilities and undertake required training; recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know how to report concerns
About You
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will bring your existing skill set, with a focus on patient care, communication, and professional behaviours. Requirements include:
* Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care
* Valid NMC PIN
* Commitment to professional standards and continuing development; ability to mentor and support colleagues, and act as a practice supervisor/assessor to students
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; a compassionate, respectful approach to Residents and their families
* Commitment to safeguarding and delivering person-centred care
