Business Manager – Institute for Turnaround Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: 35-hour week with flexible working as required. Specific responsibilities: Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to the CEO to make it simpler for her to fulfil strategic objectives and operational responsibilities Efficiently manage the administration (diary, agenda, papers, minutes, actions) of meetings (e.g. Board, sub-committees) for the CEO Be the lead team member for the CRM, including project coordinator for implementation of a new CRM, working alongside colleagues Manage systems to monitor areas such as staff onboarding and training, absence, annual leave, and any others required Coordinate and update policies and procedures Support the CEO in the annual budget process, in association with the company accountant Manage the annual membership renewal process alongside the membership officer Oversee office contracts: office lease, equipment, IT, Web hosting Help the CEO to manage her diary and arrange meetings with stakeholders Manage recruitment procedures such as advertising roles, preparing documents for interviews and helping induct new staff and new board members Update and collate documentation to support the annual audit and manage the associated timetable Ensure provision of regular Companies House returns (confirmation statement, accounts, appointment and resignation of directors) Carry out any other duties as may be required that are consistent with the responsibilities of the role The list above is not exhaustive.
