• Support the Registered Manager in leading a 3-bed EBD home
• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and young people
• Model best practice and support staff through coaching and supervision

• Take part in on-call responsibilities and complete regular sleep-ins

About You:

• Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Confident driver (to use company vehicles)
