The Jewellery Design Assistant Mission:
To support the Design Team on our journey to revolutionise the jewellery experience, continuing to elevate and innovate with our growing iconic collections.
How you'll drive success:
* Having a clear understanding of A&M’s design identity and customer.
* Supporting each quarter with creative research, competitive shopping, market awareness, creative mood boards, and supporting the design team with designs and technical specification sheets for our suppliers.
* Providing technical support when assisting the Product Development team with CADs, adjustments, and sample development.
* Effectively following the critical path to ensure all key design deadlines are met.
* Working closely with the Product Development and Production teams to report any material, construction, or quality issues requiring design adjustments.
* Developing strong connections with creative teams in A&M to support with design information such as mood boards, drawings, and technical knowledge.
What you'll need to thrive:
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar design role.
* You have a jewellery design background and a passion for design.
* Knowledge of and experience using Adobe Illustrator (Rhino is a plus but not required).

* A self-starter with a natural entrepreneurial spirit, quick to solve problems, and unafraid to challenge the status quo to elevate your work.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
1. Life Story & Values - a 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
2. Experience Interview - a longer video call to meet your manager and discuss your skills and experience for the role.
3. Final Interview - a 1-hour in-person task interview to complete and present.
