Overview
We are seeking a Group AI Training & Engagement Analyst to join a consultancy supporting a major client on its AI adoption and literacy journey. This role is focused on helping colleagues across the organisation understand, engage with, and confidently use AI tools in a responsible and value‑driven way.
You will assist in designing AI training content, supporting engagement initiatives, and working closely with AI experts to strengthen awareness and understanding of AI across the business.
Any experience in Financial Services is highly beneficial.
Onsite presence in Sheffield is required three days per week.
Responsibilities
Contribute to shaping AI use cases and translating business needs into practical AI learning and engagement initiatives
Assist in the design and delivery of tailored AI training programmes via the AI Academy, helping colleagues build confidence in using AI tools
Support the management and growth of an internal AI Ambassador Network to promote a culture of continuous learning
Work alongside internal and external AI experts to support training for cross‑functional teams and improve understanding of AI application and development
Help create clear, compelling presentations and communications that showcase AI capabilities, responsible‑use principles, and practical use cases
Assist in identifying, managing, and coordinating AI engagement events, capturing feedback and helping track progress in AI literacy
Contribute to workshops, discovery sessions, and adoption activities
Stay informed about emerging AI and GenAI trends relevant to the client environment, sharing insights to support continuous learning
Support the development of documentation, reporting, and enablement materials
Help ensure AI training and engagement activity aligns with governance, regulatory and compliance expectationsRequired Experience
Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, including Generative AI
Experience supporting training or enablement initiatives (AI‑related experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience working within consulting environments is a strong advantage
Familiarity with regulated industries - Financial Services experience is beneficial
Awareness of AI governance, responsible‑AI principles, and data‑handling considerations
Strong organisational skills with experience supporting events, programmes, or engagement activityDesirable
