Continuous Improvement EngineerDungannonSalary depending on experience £40,000 to £45,000An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lean Transformation Engineer to support site-wide continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in embedding lean principles and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.Key Responsibilities*Develop and deploy lean processes aligned with business and operational objectives*Champion lean methodologies including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management*Analyse manufacturing, fabrication, and business support processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies*Lead cross-functional improvement projects to optimise throughput, reduce lead times, and improve quality*Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to track performance and sustain improvements*Coach and support managers and supervisors in adopting new ways of working*Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement process enhancements*Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, workflows, and training materialsRequirements*Bachelors degree in an Engineering related subject*Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role *Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis softwareFor more information on this role, contact Zoey at CPLSkills:Manufacturing Engineer CI Engineer LeanWHJS1_NI
