Procurement Coordinator
Location: Filton (Full-time, onsite)
Contract: Pay Rate: £30.00 per hour (Umbrella) / £22.43 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am–7pm)
Security Clearance: BPSS+ required
Our Client is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support procurement activities within a major digitalisation and modernisation project in the Aerospace Sector. This role involves coordinating supplier deployment of new processes and tools, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment across procurement operations and commercial teams.
You will play a key role in project planning, supplier engagement, and risk management, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive successful project execution.
Coordinate project tasks and activities for supplier deployment of new processes and tools.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, dashboards, and project plans.
Support risk management and maintain project risk registers.
Prepare reports, KPIs, and briefings for project monitoring and communication.
Maintain strong engagement with procurement and commercial teams to ensure project success.
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or administration roles.
Strong project planning and supplier management skills.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and logistics flows.
Commercial awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Google Suite and SAP preferred.
