Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead the sales of complex technology solutions across multiple markets.
This is a senior role requiring strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing enterprise clients, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of complex technology solutions to enterprise clients
* Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals
* Provide first-level technical support during the sales process
* Lead and guide sales teams to achieve business targets
* Represent the organisation at events, conferences, and exhibitions
* Travel internationally (30–40%) for client engagement and business development
Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in technical or solutions sales
* Proven track record of selling complex products/services
* Strong experience with CRM tools
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
* Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills
* Leadership experience with the ability to influence teams
* Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and client engagement
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
