My client, an established womenswear brand, currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social and Content Exec. to join them in an exciting role.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and expand the company’s brand presence across all social channels, leveraging their potential to inspire and engage a thriving community of over 1 million followers. Accelerating the brand’s TikTok presence will be key to this role and applicants should have previous experience in this area.
Responsibilities:
* Support in managing all social media platforms and campaigns to create an engaging audience experience and boost audience satisfaction.
* Conduct research and analyse trends in social media, ad revenue, and web traffic to enhance presence and improve campaign performance.
* Collaborate with various departments to align social media efforts with overall brand strategies.
* Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regular posts to captivate audiences and communicate brand-focused messages.
* Align social media messaging with advertising teams, brand managers, and seasonal or quarterly business objectives.
* Audit and evaluate social media performance, including analysing digital advertising costs and ROI.
* Utilise tracking tools to assess social media campaign effectiveness, gathering data to identify improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate across departments to create timelines for social media campaigns aligned with product launches, ad campaigns, or brand announcements.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity within social media platforms.
Person Specification:
* Previous experience within a marketing/social media team for a retailer (or an agency supporting retail/brand accounts) is essential
* Degree in Marketing, Social Media, or a related field
* Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok
* Proficiency in web and computer software tools
* Experience in advertising, copywriting, and content creation.
* Strong background in public relations and brand marketing.
* Exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
