ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized retail fit-out projects. Based in London, my client operates nationally so regular travel will be required, with all expenses paid for. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of each project. Alongside this, you will be responsible for managing programs, liaising with subcontractors, on-site health, and safety, and liaising with clients to ensure a smooth operational process.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in estimating and procurement for fit-out projects is desired but not essential.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
My client is offering a salary of £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience. Alongside this, my client is offering flexible hybrid working, company pension, and free parking.
