Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Hybrid 2 days per week in the Hull office

Pay range: £50,000.00-£70,000.00
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our established marketing team, with real ownership across digital channels and a clear progression route into a marketing manager position within 1 to 2 years.
The role
- Own end-to-end email marketing including automation, journeys and A/B testing
- Manage and optimise the website with a focus on UX, SEO and performance
- Track and improve digital performance using analytics and insight
- Support digital campaigns, content and social activity
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners
About you
- 4 to 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong skills across email, website and SEO
- Comfortable with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress
- Experience in professional services or regulated sectors beneficial
