JOB TITLE: Buying Admin Assistant
LOCATION: Moorgate Head Office, London
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full-Time
HOURS: 35 hours over 5 days per week
SALARY: Starting at £27,000 per annum

We are looking for candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and intermediate to high intermediate skills with MS Excel.
The Buying Administration Assistant will support the Buying team with administrative tasks and the management of product and supplier information. The role includes the maintenance of accurate product data, assisting with purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the buying team.
* Maintain accurate product information and update internal systems.
* Assist with setting up and maintaining product attributes and product data.
* Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product information.
* Support with booking, tracking and coordinating sample deliveries to ensure they arrive on time.
* Assist with the management of product samples for photoshoots and other marketing activities.
* Support the team with product setup and range administration.
* Support the Buying & Merchandising team with general administration and ad-hoc tasks.
* This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and you may be required to carry out work not detailed in this document for day-to-day operation.
Skills & Know-How
* Strong organisation and administrative skills
* Ability to work with large volumes of data with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
* Intermediate to high intermediate user of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* Logical thinker and problem solver
* Has previously worked in Buying or Merchandising Admin role, or in a general administrative role
