Working closely with the Performance Director and cross-channel specialists, you’ll play a key role in shaping Paid Social strategy, leading campaign execution, and delivering measurable business impact for our clients. The Role No two days are the same but to give you an idea you will: Support the Performance Director in the continued development and evolution of Paid Social strategy across the agency. Collaborate with Client Leads and cross-channel teams to build Paid Social strategies that align with wider media plans and client business objectives. Translate an audience-first, data-driven approach into clear Paid Social recommendations and actionable campaign tactics. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Lead the end-to-end setup and management of Paid Social campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms. Support the growth and testing of campaigns on TikTok and other emerging social platforms. Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to inform targeting strategies. Build and manage campaign structures, creative rotations, tracking implementation, and platform configurations to ensure campaigns are set up for success. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise activity to improve efficiency and achieve KPIs. Work closely with internal teams and clients to define clear measurement frameworks that encourage a culture of testing, learning, and innovation. Continuously identify opportunities to scale performance and improve campaign effectiveness. Deliver clear, consistent reporting with a strong narrative and actionable insights. Ensure reporting accuracy and maintain high standards across dashboards and reporting tools. Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence. The Person We’re looking for someone who combines strong Paid Social expertise with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering performance-driven marketing. You will ideally have: 3 years of han ds-on Paid Social experience, ideally within a digital performance agency or an in-house performance marketing team. Proven experience managing campaigns across major social advertising platforms. Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter/X Ads Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, tags, and third-party measurement solutions. Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. A strong analytical mindset, with a performance-driven approach and confidence working with data.
