Trainee Support Worker – Residential Care (No Experience Required)
Ascot and Surrounding Areas - £13.50 per hour (rising to £15.00 after training)
Days, Long Days, Nights and Sleep in Shifts Available

Full training is provided, with clear progression and pay increases as you develop in the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support young people with daily routines and activities
• Assist with personal care where required
• Encourage independence and positive behaviour
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents
• Maintain clear and accurate care records
• Work closely with the wider team to deliver high standards of care
• Support residents through challenging situations calmly and professionally
Requirements
• No experience required – full training provided
• A genuine interest in working in care or support work
• Comfortable supporting individuals with personal care
• Able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, long days and sleep-ins
• Good communication skills and a patient, caring approach
• Reliable, committed and willing to learn
• Right to work in the UK
