We’re seeking a Compliance Manager to join a forward-thinking Law Firm in Derbyshire.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind regulatory compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly in-line with SRA, GDPR and AML requirements. You'll be working closely with key stakeholders, staying ahead of regulatory changes, and creating a culture where compliance is second nature.
The ideal candidate is someone with solid experience in compliance, well-versed in handling policies, risk management, and external audits. If you’ve got a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate with confidence, this could be the perfect fit.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Keeping policies up to date and ensuring firm-wide compliance
* Monitoring breaches and maintaining registers
* Driving risk management initiatives, from client feedback to conflict reviews
* Managing external audits and Lexcel re-accreditation
* Training staff and providing compliance guidance across the firm
