The Role
As Deputy Head of Department, you will support the Head of Department in leading, developing, and inspiring the Ladieswear team.
With continued growth in the department, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional shopfloor standards, driving sales performance, and developing a relatively inexperienced team to reach their full potential.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong presence, energy, and a passion for retail excellence.

About You
* Experience within clothing or luxury retail
* Experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong visual merchandising, with attention to detail
* Positive, approachable, and driven to succeed
