Housekeeping Supervisor, Malmaison Edinburgh in Leith – Circa £27K per year depending on experience, 40hrs/week, a blend of checking and cleaning rooms. Permanent full-time contract. Free staff parking available.
Be the face of our hotel, you are the be all and end all of bedroom standards, and you have the final say on whether a room is perfect. This role offers the chance for internal development and progression within Malmaison.

As Housekeeping Supervisor you and your team set the tone for the guest visit and ensure that everything meets our high standards.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning standards and guestroom quality.
* Ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard and authorize readiness for guest check-in.
* Set the tone for guest visits and deliver service that exceeds expectations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications / About You
* High standards and attention to detail are second nature.
* Excellent people skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Ability to lead a team, train staff, and drive service excellence.
