Suffolk Wildlife Trust is Suffolk’s nature charity. We’re working for a Wilder Suffolk where nature is thriving and abundant, and where people and wildlife can thrive together. To help us grow our impact in this critical decade for nature, we’re looking for a Senior Business Partnerships Officer to join our Philanthropy and Engagement team.
Responsibilities
* Lead on managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners, as well as developing new business relationships that generate vital income for wildlife across the county.
* Build strong, long‑term partnerships with businesses of all sizes, providing excellent account management, thoughtful stewardship and clear, compelling communication about the difference their support makes.
* Secure new partnerships, sponsorships and corporate donations, working to agreed targets and using networking and negotiation skills to open doors and close opportunities.
Working arrangements
The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position working three days a week (to be discussed at interview). Our standard working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There may be some evening and weekend working (time in lieu).
Starting salary will be up to £18,750.00 per annum (FTE £31,250.00).
