Job Description
At Ridge and Partners, we are a growing, multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy helping clients create better, more sustainable places for people to live, learn, work and play. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for Bid Coordinator to support our Defence team, based in our Bristol office.
What youll do:
1. Provide assistance with submission documentation: bids, project case studies, CVs etc
2. Working with relevant members of the team to, create and craft compelling bid responses that showcase the best that Ridge has to offer.
3. Researching and gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders.
4. Managing bid timetable to ensure bid team members respond in line with bid plan, all deadlines are met and that all bids are compliant and commercially sound.
5. Reviewing previous relevant bids and best practice answers.
6. Managing Microsoft Teams sites.
7. Working in conjunction with the bid team to ensure central bid library is kept up to date.
8. Proofing and editing colleagues bid response documents, ensuring each document contains required information required to create a successful, winning bid.
9. Work with bid team members as a community of practice to ensure a consistent quality of bids.
