From the team behind Crispin and Bistro Freddie comes Canal, a vibrant new restaurant on the Grand Union Canal, located inside the brand-new Mason & Fifth hotel. Were building a bold, creative kitchen team and looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join us on this journey.

What youll be doing:
Run your section with skill, focus, and flair during service
Cook thoughtful, seasonal dishes with top-quality produce
Keep your mise en place sharp, clean, and organised
Communicate clearly and support a smooth, positive kitchen flow
Own your prep and stock, and help lift up the team
Share your knowledge and support junior chefs
Bring energy, pride, and passion to every shift
What you bring:
Experience in quality restaurants as a CDP or strong Commis
A love for great food and a respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Calm under pressure and confident on the line
A great attitude, with strong communication and team spirit
A hunger to learn, grow, and be part of something new
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
