Job Title: Paid Social and Affiliates Manager
Salary: £59,850pa to £86,691pa (dependent on location and experience) plus extensive benefits
Location: London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, or Chester
Hours: 35 hours, full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at one of the listed hubs

Are you ready to play a key role in our Growth team, driving customer acquisition and growth through data-led paid social and affiliate marketing? You will own the performance of these channels, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver measurable results. You’ll be hands-on, testing, learning, and scaling strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and deliver a data-driven growth strategy across Paid Social to drive customer acquisition and commercial impact.
2. Collaborate with the marketing enablement team and external suppliers to test and scale affiliate partnerships, sharing best practices.
3. Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across Paid Social platforms, continuously improving performance through data insights.
4. Translate strategic goals into detailed channel plans targeting profitable customer segments.
5. Work with media agencies to ensure strategy, execution, and performance alignment.
6. Partner with creative agencies to develop impactful social creatives that adhere to best practices.
7. Champion a test-and-learn culture with clear measurement frameworks for growth and insights.
8. Partner with Full Funnel teams to identify and scale new growth opportunities, providing social expertise.
9. Stay ahead of platform innovations, emerging trends, and new tactics to unlock growth.
10. Support the Social & Affiliates Senior Manager in shaping the channel's long-term vision, innovation, and performance insights.
11. Contribute to best practice development, campaign documentation, and knowledge sharing.
About you:
1. Deep channel expertise in Paid Social marketing, leveraging it to drive measurable business results with skills in budget management, audience targeting, and creative testing.
2. Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, partner management, and performance models.
3. Experience in managing paid social campaigns, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise performance.
4. Hands-on experience in briefing, building, and launching campaigns, working with creative teams, and testing formats and messaging.
5. A growth mindset, proactively identifying and championing initiatives for incremental growth.
