Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
7. Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
8. Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
9. Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
10. Produce building regulations and planning applications
11. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
12. Degree within architectural technology
13. Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
14. CIAT registered would be desirable
15. Proficiency with Revit
16. Experience working on projects across various sectors
17. Working knowledge of UK building regulations
18. Job running experience
19. Excellent communication and organisational skills
20. Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
