Credit Controller Outskirts of East Grinstead Up to £15 per hour Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a forward-thinking and expanding organisation within the education sector, who are seeking a professional and well-organised Credit Controller to join their Finance team on a temporary basis. This is a key position responsible for ensuring accounts are managed accurately and payments are collected in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts, ensuring payments are up to date Contact customers regarding overdue balances and follow up as required Set up, monitor, and manage payment plans Process payments and maintain accurate financial records Investigate and resolve account queries clearly and efficiently Work closely with internal teams to ensure account information is accurate Prepare reports and maintain documentation in line with financial procedures Provide general administrative support to the Finance team when requiredSkills & Experience Required: Excellent written and spoken English Clear, confident, and professional communication style Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail Positive and professional approach when dealing with customers Previous experience in credit control or finance administration is preferredExtra Information: Refer a friend and earn up to £500 (see website for details) Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
