Our client, a reputable franchised car dealership in Hereford, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused New/Used Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop a rewarding career within a well-established dealership environment.

Sell new and used vehicles across a diverse range of models, from the UK’s best-selling cars to electric vehicles and multi-seaters
Promote and sell aftermarket products, accessories, and finance and insurance options to meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed about vehicle delivery schedules and handling any delays or queries effectively as a Car Sales Executive
Collect payments and arrange vehicle handovers, ensuring all warranty and after-sales arrangements are clearly explained
Demonstrate vehicle features and introduce customers to after-sales service teams
Build long-lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals as a Car Sales Executive
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and dealership promotions to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to dealership policies and proceduresRequirements:

Proven experience in new/used car sales within a franchise-approved dealership is preferable
Strong sales ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships
self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently
A full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
A proactive attitude, high energy levels, and a passion for the motor trade
