This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their needs and objectives. Onboard new clients and provide training on our products to ensure a smooth integration process. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organisations. Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance product offerings. Requirements Proven experience in a customer success or account management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools. Nice to have Experience in the tech industry or a SaaS environment. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Fluency in additional languages.
