Contract Type: Contract (Umbrella PAYE)
Security Clearance: British Citizens Only
Responsibilities
* Carry out MMA welding (Manual Metal Arc / Stick Welding) on marine vessels and components
* Ensure high-quality welds on various structural and pressure components
* Follow strict health and safety and security protocols within a dockyard environment
Requirements
* Must be a British Citizen (due to mandatory security clearance)
* Strong background in MMA welding
* Currently coded or previously coded in MMA
* Able to pass a weld test
* Must be able to obtain Security Clearance prior to starting
* Marine/shipyard experience is a bonus
Pay and Benefits
* Dayshift: £36.50/hour
* Backshift: £42.00/hour
* Basic Hours: 50 hours/week
* Overtime: Available
* Weld Test: Required and paid
* Accommodation: Included
