They are looking to hire an ambitious Field-Based Asset Finance Broker to join their expanding team. This is a client-facing role that requires someone with industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing asset finance deals while providing outstanding service to SME clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, suppliers, and vendors within your region
2. Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market knowledge
3. Structure, negotiate, and present finance solutions tailored to client needs
4. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to documentation and completion
