PART TIME SALES AND LETTINGS ASSISTANT
The Part-Time Sales & Lettings Agent / Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the sales and lettings department. The role combines administrative duties with client-facing responsibilities, ensuring a high standard of service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Sales Duties:
* Manage property listings across online portals and company platforms
* Respond to buyer enquiries and arrange property viewings
* Assist with offers, negotiations and sales progression
* Prepare sales-related documentation and maintain accurate records
Lettings Duties:
* Handle tenant and landlord enquiries
* Arrange and conduct viewings (if required)
* Prepare tenancy agreements and compliance documentation
* Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
* Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation
* Maintain CRM/property management systems
* General office administration and document management
* Support marketing activities where required
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional and confident manner
* Ability to manage workload independently
* Competent in Microsoft Office and property software systems
Desirable:
* Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or lettings
* Full UK driving licence (if conducting viewings)
