Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive data support to enable strategic leadership for performance management and improvement across the NHS Board area.
* Use advanced IT skills to extract, analyse, and present data, including expertise in SQL, business intelligence packages, and Microsoft Office.
* Support the organisation in using accurate data to inform performance management, embed data intelligence, examine performance, and set targets and indicators.
* Play a fundamental role in supporting the ongoing development of the Performance Management Team, monitoring and evaluating performance for NHS Forth Valley patients.
* Develop and provide frameworks and specialist advice on performance management and improvement to support local areas.
* Communicate with senior clinical and non-clinical staff across NHS Forth Valley, the wider NHS in Scotland and the Scottish Government through interviews, meetings, email, written correspondence, and telephone.
Qualifications
* Degree level education or equivalent experience within a complex organisation, preferably within the NHS or public sector.
* Advanced skills in data extraction, analysis, and presentation using SQL, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key partners and partner organisations.
* Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, excellent communication skills, organised and responsible approach to work.
* Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
* Successful completion of a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
Contract and Working Hours
Full‑time working week will be 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata with a corresponding increase in hourly rate so pay will not be affected.
