We’re looking for an energetic, motivated and people-focused Family and Crisis Support Account Manager to join our expanding team!
In this rewarding role, you’ll lead the recruitment of specialist support workers who provide vital care to families, young people and new parents in crisis across Norfolk.

✅ Recruiting and supporting a team of specialist crisis workers
✅ Ensuring compliance and high standards of practice
✅ Producing accurate and timely reports
✅ Building strong relationships with social workers, families, health and education professionals
