In this rewarding role, you’ll support individuals based on their needs, including personal care, manual handling, assisting with daily routines, participating in activities, and using a person-centred, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach to help manage challenging behaviours.
At our March service, the people we support enjoy getting out and about, such as trips to the community for shopping, meals out, and walks in nature.

Shifts & Hours:
* We have full-time, part-time, and relief roles available, offering flexibility with hours.
* Shifts vary between 7am-10pm, so flexibility is essential.

Please note: This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa under the UK Skilled Worker route, as set by the Home Office.
