Part 1: Role Details
Role Title: Sales and Service Representative
Department: Actavo HomeCharge
Reports To: Team Leader
Location: Dublin 12
Part 2: Role Purpose
As a Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for converting HomeCharge electric vehicle leads to sales. You will also respond to customer inquiries to support the HomeCharge customer service and sales processes.

Part 3: Principal Responsibilities
* Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures
* Lead sales management: converting leads to sales with a focus on customer needs
* Provide excellent customer experience by answering and resolving inquiries
* Dispatch jobs to Field Technicians and maintain close contact to ensure appointments are kept
* Respond to Technicians' queries and verify appointments
* Provide Technicians with technical information as required
* Own and manage all assigned calls, ensuring adherence to SLAs
* Keep HomeCharge sale and service administration up to date
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Electric Vehicle products and procedures
* Compile call logs and reports daily and weekly
Part 4: Person Specification
Experience:
* Previous experience in a contact centre environment preferred
* Experience in telesales
Skills & Competencies:
Technical: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Sales: Phone-based sales skills with excellent lead-to-sale conversion rates
Interpersonal: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Business Skills: Excellent communication skills
