A leading US law firm in London is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Sustainability team in a replacement role. The position involves providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support, including document production, diary and inbox management, e-filing, travel arrangements, timesheets, and client liaison.
The ideal candidate will have proven legal secretarial experience, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office. A professional, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
