Infrastructure Engineer required. They are now looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the team based in Corby, Northamptonshire – this position is a hybrid role with at-least 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge supporting Windows & Microsoft Servers/applications.
Position Overview
* Providing support & troubleshooting for all IT related issues, from in-house systems, MS Office, & network issues
* Installing and configuring hardware/software & new equipment
* Firewall / Router configurations
* Ensuring IT issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Supporting Microsoft & Windows operating systems
Position Requirements
* At least 2 years experience in IT Support & supporting Windows Servers
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 & applications
* Active Directory / Group Policy / DNS / DHCP Knowledge
* Experience in Firewalls / Routers / Networking & troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Reliable, hard-working with a passion for IT
Position Remuneration
* Monday to Friday
* 22 Days Holiday plus bank holidays (increase to 27 days after 5 years)
