We are looking for an Accompanied Viewer at our Rothwell branch to work on a Saturday for 4 hours. Property experience would be preferred however full training will be provided to the right candidate. The main duties of the role will involve: Accompany viewers to appointments (both sales and rental properties) Ensuring the property is suitable for viewing, promoting the property to the viewer and feeding back to the sales/rental team after the appointment. Working closely with the Lettings and Property Management team in branch Managing own diary, booking inspections and updating tenants and landlords confirming timings, sending emails and letters. Carrying out routine property visits and reporting on findings Noting damages to properties Obtaining meter readings where necessary All admin duties will be carried out within the office. Essential Skills required: Be organised and have good attention to detail Have the ability to work towards deadlines and use your own initiative Able to manage own diary, updating tenants and landlords accordingly Local Knowledge of the Leeds area would be advantageous Driving Licence and own car is essential Hourly Pay – Minimum Wage.
