Facilitate the planning and implementation of the integration of new acquisitions, ensuring that complementary and synergistic benefits are identified and delivered in agreed timescales. This includes ensuring alignment with support services integration activity. Bringing structure, rigor and clarity to integration, change management and transformation. What you will be doing: Be the main point of contact for planning, prioritisation and implementation of change and integration. Facilitate the identification and quantification of synergies and benefits. Work with key Ipsum stakeholders including the Senior Management Team to ensure the integration of new businesses into Ipsum is well planned managed and executed. Ensuring target benefits are realised on an enduring basis. Put in place effective communication and change management plans to ensure business performance continuity and seamless transition to new ways of working. Identifying and managing risks associated with change. Develop a clear roadmap for potential acquisitions and developments to the Power Division. Streamline operations by merging different ways of working Manage concerns and change dynamics through open communication Gather feedback and adjust plans as necessary. What you will bring: Degree educated (or similar) in business management, Project Management or related field Experience in managing change and ideally experienced in managing the integration of acquired businesses. Experience working in the power sector. Track record of working with senior leadership and stakeholder to plan and implement change. Identifying, quantifying and managing risk through change. Delivering change projects on time to the agreed scope, budget and benefits expectations. Experience of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of IT / digital transformation desirable. Confident, capable communicator, at all levels in the organisation. Attention to fine detail and overall accuracy in work managed and produced. Ability to produce and deliver high quality, clear and impactful presentations Good at building productive relationships across the business Works in a systematic and logical way Able to assess the impact of change and develop plans accordingly What’s In It For You?
