An established manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support customer operations. This role involves managing the entire order lifecycle-handling RFQs, tracking production, resolving technical queries, and ensuring timely delivery-while acting as the key liaison between internal departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and respond to RFQs with accurate pricing, lead times, and technical details.
Monitor and manage customer orders from submission to delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
Liaise with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical queries efficiently.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.Requirements:
Proven experience in Quoting / Expediting within Manufacturing
Proficient with ERP/MRP systems - Epicor preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of Account Management, Project Management, RFQ Management

Salary: £35k - £50k (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time - 08:00-1700 Mon-Thurs, 08:00- Lunchtime finish Fri
Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Company pension 4% employer and 5% employee contribution (9% combined), Sick pay after qualifying period.
