Overview
The Clinical Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of resident care within our Nursing Home.
Asha Healthcare are seeking an experienced, passionate and caring Registered Nurse to lead and support our Nursing Team whilst providing strong clinical input and oversight for our 40 Bed Nursing Home in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
You'll lead the clinical team, working with our Nurses to drive forward the clinical excellence in the home, engaging with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
You'll be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by the Home Manager. In addition, you'll have a key role in the development of your nurse team.

Duties
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
* Medication management to include auditing, competency assessments, and ensuring the nursing team are administering prescribed medications accurately and safely whilst also monitoring residents for any adverse reactions.
* Provide high-quality resident care by assessing resident needs, developing care plans, implementing appropriate interventions.
* Mentor and train nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in re care practices.
* Conduct regular evaluations of residents progress and dynamically adjust care plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate documentation of resident records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
