Parts Sales Manager Vacancy - Northampton
1. Position: Parts Sales Manager
2. Location: Northampton
3. Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 + Bonus
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
5. No Weekends

We’re looking for a confident and driven Parts Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of Parts Sales Executives at a thriving Trade Parts Centre in Northampton.
This is your opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced B2B environment, providing quality automotive parts to independent garages and bodyshops across the region.
They have a network of manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailers employing over 1,500+ staff nationwide
Responsibilities:
7. Leading, coaching and motivating a team of Parts Sales Executives to exceed KPIs and sales targets
8. Planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activity with the Centre Manager
9. Conducting regular 1-1s to provide feedback, development and support
10. Building strong and lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
11. Maintaining product knowledge and staying informed about competitors and market trends
12. Ensuring accurate use of business systems and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
13. Proven experience managing a B2B sales team, ideally within the motor trade or parts sector
14. A people-focused leader who can inspire, develop and drive team success
15. Results-driven and customer-focused, with a strong sense of accountability
16. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
17. Comfortable using business systems and Microsoft Office tools
