Position: Stock Team Member
Shifts you are applying for: 11.25 hours per week; Sun 11:15 - 14:30; Mon 15:00 - 19:00; Sat 15:00 - 19:00. Flexible working options available. Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to locate, pack and promptly process stock, ensuring it's presented to customers. When needed, you will work on the salesfloor delivering outstanding customer service. We invest in you and your development from day one, in line with Company policies and procedures.
Role
To be a successful Stock Team Member you will ensure perfect products are available for our online customers by:
* Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing and transferring stock in and out of store.
* Meeting deadlines to deliver to customers at the promised time.
* Keeping operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organized.
* Working in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
* Being a great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient even on your busiest days, working as part of the store team and reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
* Being accurate, thorough and well organized, with excellent attention to detail.
* Taking pride in your work and approaching tasks with energy, pace and dedication.
* Being happy to work on your own and stay busy to achieve performance targets.
* Flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and customers.
* Enjoying taking control of your own development.
Requirements and Considerations
* In accordance with Home Office guidance, candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
* This role is not typically sponsored under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level. Candidates should consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
* As part of your application you will be required to complete online assessments (Working with Numbers and Retail Scenarios). Our in-store recruitment team will review applications and contact those who match the job criteria to arrange an initial interview.
* You must not have had an unsuccessful online assessment in the last 6 months.
