The Paul Fosh Group is looking to recruit a dynamic and strategic Group Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and sales efforts and drive business growth.

Paul Fosh Lettings was founded with one goal in mind: to provide first-class service to landlords and contract holders. Paul Fosh Lettings has expert knowledge of the lettings market and offers properties and services throughout Wales. Paul Fosh Lettings works hand in hand with Paul Fosh Auctions and Sourcing to provide customers with a seamless one-stop-shop.
YourBid is an additional auction business that will run alongside Paul Fosh Auctions, providing sellers and buyers with a conditional auction service. YourBid is scheduled to launch in Spring 2025.

The Role
The Group Head of Marketing is a senior leadership role within the Paul Fosh Group, responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies aligned with business objectives across Paul Fosh Auctions, Paul Fosh Lettings, and YourBid. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution. Collaborating with other senior management members, the Group Head of Marketing will work to maximize revenue, enhance brand awareness, and grow the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive growth across auctions and lettings.
2. Create marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social media channels, aligned with company values.
3. Set clear objectives and KPIs for the marketing team to ensure success.
4. Identify new business opportunities.
5. Collaborate with senior management on business strategies to align marketing and sales efforts.
6. Increase brand awareness and attract new clients through campaigns, events, and promotions.
7. Analyze data and report on marketing and sales performance.
8. Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Who we're looking for
We seek a strategic, results-driven Group Head of Marketing passionate about growing the business. The candidate must be able to work under the Group MD and alongside other department heads to craft and implement growth strategies. The role involves managing Marketing Executives and encouraging creativity and innovation in marketing methods.
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in senior marketing and sales leadership roles.
* Successful track record in developing and executing strategies that drive growth.
* Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Deep knowledge of sales funnel management and CRM systems, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and retention.
* Experience leading and managing teams, including performance management and coaching.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting data to inform decisions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Creative approach to marketing and sales campaigns.
