What the Job Involves As a Support Worker, you will assist adults with care and support needs in a service setting. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, such as dressing, washing, and meal assistance, promoting independence and social engagement, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records. Participation in normal domestic tasks and ensuring the safety and dignity of service users are key components of the role.
