They are now looking for a passionate and forward thinking professional to join their growing team in a hybrid role blending architecture, surveying, and fire safety.

What You'll Be Doing
* Applying your construction/design expertise to real world fire safety challenges
* Interpreting building design plans with a critical, safety first lens
* Working with Section 2 of the NDTH or (ADB)
* Producing high quality reports and contributing to risk assessments
* Collaborating in a close knit, expert team both independently and in person
* Spending 2 to 3 days a week in the Dundee office for team engagement and project collaboration
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of building construction/design and ability to read plans
* Hands on experience with Section 2 of the NDTH or ADB
* A critical thinker with a genuine passion for fire safety in design
* Excellent verbal, written, and report writing skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage work both individually and in a team environment
Nice-to-Have
* Relevant degree and membership of a professional body (e.g., RICS, RIBA, CIOB, IFE)
* Flexibility to occasionally travel or work away from home
* Confident with IT tools including MS Word and Excel
* A full UK driving licence
